That’s when I realized I had to make a choice.I was only in my 20s… and already risking permanent damage to my body… even death.Only at the beginning of my life… yet I was just told it was ending?I had to do something about it.
Alcohol was ruining my life.
It ruined my day-to-day. It was ruining my health, my memory and my finances. I’d often take my entire month’s salary straight to the nearest bar or liquor store.And worse of all — it ruined my relationship with my parents. My family members. My best and closest friends. It was turning me away from the people I loved the most.Gradually building up aggression and violence inside myself, until I couldn’t handle it anymore… often finding myself lashing out on the people I cared about most.Over the course of four years, alcohol was destroying me. Addicted to that “high” and instant gratification.And it got bad. Really bad.
Waking up in the morning, I’d look for the nearest 750ml bottle of Jameson whiskey to cope with my emotions.
Every single morning.
But strangely — I was able to find peace inside the gym.
It wasn’t really a hobby of mine, and I didn’t have a specific “goal” or “dream” in mind.Just a way to channel my left-over aggression that I didn’t already release against my friends and family.And slowly, I was rebuilding a part of myself.Of course, I wasn’t healing from this addiction. Very far from it.But it was a good start.My aggression, angers, and emotions started settling down, even if just a little.
And then the COVID Pandemic happened…
Within a few months everything closed down, my gym included.My only escape and way to channel my anger was taken away from me, when I needed it the most — for who knows how long.
All that hatred and anger resurfaced back, worse than before.
I realized how much a simple weight or exercise meant to me. How much it affected my life.
It was the only thread keeping my life together.
And I had to find a way to get it back.Either that… or risk losing myself.So I began researching.
That’s when I found out about Calisthenics.
The art of Bodyweight Strength Training.No need for weights, fancy equipment, or even a gym.It’s how those skinny or overweight prisoners get locked up once, and come out looking like full-fledged bodybuilders.No supplements, no steroids, no big gym — only your own body.
It was exactly what I needed at the time.
I looked into everything about it. Training exercises, form, mobility, stretching routines, nutrition, diet, and a lot more.I began investing in equipment — and soon, my house became a full fledged gym.
And soon, after 4 long years, I was finally able to put the whiskey glass down.
My vision and goals were clearer. I stopped having fits of anger, and trimmed out fake “friends.” I was able to heal the damaged relationships with those who I loved the most.And I was finally proud of myself, for having control over my own life and destiny.
So why am I telling you this?
Well, because in those 4 hellish years of pure addiction, in that lockdown where I almost lost it all……and almost lost my own self…
I realized truly how important Nurturing your Body and Health is.
It was the one thing that kept my life together. It was the one thing that helped me beat that addiction. It was the first step in a life-long journey of self-improvement.And if you’re reading this — you’re probably struggling with an addiction too.Whether it be alcohol, drugs, porn, videogames, gambling, food — or whatever.It’s ruining your mental health, your social life, your confidence…
And it’s ruining YOU.
I’m sharing my story with you to prove there is a solution.
In the lowest of lows, I was able to transform my life for the better. YOU can too.YOU can get yourself out of this rathole. YOU can go achieve your dreams and goals.
And the solution is investing in YOU.
In our own health and body.The Ancient Greeks believed a healthy body reflected a healthy mind. And they were absolutely correct.And I can very confidently say…Being proud of what you see in the mirror is another level of High none of those addictions can EVER give you.

Imagine seeing your fat shred off your body, building pounds on pounds of muscle. Building a body that you can actually be proud of. Having your mom, girlfriend, wife, friends SEE that change and them being proud of you, complimenting your change…Imagine finally being able to beat your addictions, turning your life around on a path of constant self-improvement…Imagine rebuilding your own confidence, living and enjoying every moment of your life, reconnecting with those you love most and improving your relationships…But also imagine if you stay like this…Slave to your own mind and addictions, never taking action for the better.…and by the time you’re on your deathbed… that soul-crushing feeling of REGRET of never accomplishing anything……of wasting your one spin on the earth… your one chance at life.2024 is a new year, and it’s time for you to start taking ACTION.It’s time for you to sign up to your nearest gym, pick up a weight and start building a body you can be proud of.
But unfortunately… there’s plenty of not-so helpful advice from Fitness Gurus going around… like…
1. “If you don’t bench 225 you are not a ‘real’ man.”2. “You need to take Whey Protein, and Creatine, and Amminoacids, and Omega-3, and Lifting Salts, and Probiotics, and Preworkout, and Acetyl Carnitine — screw it… just take Tren at this point.”3. “Take more Creatine. And more Preworkout. Healthy heart? Who needs that?”4. “Eat more. Screw your cut.”5. “Lift 8 days a week. How? I don’t know, just do it. And remember: Resting is not optimal for gains.”6. “Don’t lift more than 2 days a week. That’s not “time-efficient.” And you need your rest! Remember: Resting IS optimal for gains.”7. “HEAVYWEIGHTS ONLY. No stretching too. And hey, maybe by the age of 40 you’ll still be walking!”8. “Calisthenics for building muscle? Seriously? Stick to heavy lifts.”
And there’s a lot more. Some fitness gurus are even inventing new, questionable fitness workouts just to “be different.”You don’t need 200 pound weights to build muscle. You don’t need ten different supplements. You don’t even need a gym membership at all.In that lockdown period, I was surprised at how much borderline bad fitness advice was going around.I was researching HOURS every single day… and only a fraction of what I found actually helped me turn my life around.And the rest either risked my health, or wasted my time.I don’t want you to fall into a Guru Money-Making Trap, and potentially risk your own health.That’s why I’m announcing…
